What We Offer:

• Competitive Salary: $8,000 per month. No reliance on commissions—your focus will be on delivering high-quality service and following company procedures.

Requirements:

• Complete adherence to our processes: This monthly income means that this position is not set up like other sales position. Success is determined by correct adherence to our best practices and other teachings, not by whether a vehicle sells or not.
• Attention to detail: A large part of this position will require accurate and thorough notes in our CRM system.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Particularly with a focus on understanding customers needs.
• Ability to follow structured processes and ensure that customer interactions meet our high standards.
• A collaborative, team-oriented approach with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Valid Drivers License.
